Thomas Kregelin advises in all areas of intellectual property law, in particular on all issues concerning patents, trademarks and designs. His work focuses on proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and the German Federal Patent Court. Technical discussions with inventors and drafting applications are as much part of his activities as the enforcement and defense of intellectual property rights. In addition, Mr. Kregelin advises on questions concerning the administration of intellectual property portfolios and on issues of employee invention law.
