The Patent Attorneys of the office are admitted to practice in the Federal Republic of Germany. They are members of the Patent Bar Association (Patentanwaltskammer), Tal 29, 80331 Mu-nich, registered as a European Patent Attorney at the European Patent Office (EPO), Bob van Benthem Platz 1, 80469 Munich and members of the Institute of Professional Repre-sentatives before the EPO (epi), Bayerstraße 83, 80335 Munich.

In case of conflicts between Attorneys and their clients it is possible to carry out a mediation procedure at the Hanseatic Bar Association Hamburg according to Article 73 para. 2 no. 3 BRAO. Further an arbitration board of the bar has been established at the German Federal Bar according to Article 191f BRAO.
